This is the home of Art Sanchez, Mary Williams, and Catlin Williams. It's located in the town of Zapopan, a couple of miles out of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The home itself is 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath w/ outside enclosed patio/courtyard. Master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. It has both downstairs and upstairs living rooms. The newly refurbished kitchen has a gas range and is adjacent to a formal dining area. Cable TV as well as internet service are in place. There is also a phone/FAX machine. Mexico phone cards are available for purchase close by. The home is within walking distance to a variety of amenities ranging from local and major markets to a mall and various restaurants. Public transportation is also available including bus and cab service. We are located about thirty minutes from the Guadalajara International Airport. We are 15 minutes out of downtown Guadalajara as well as a few minutes from the towns of Telaquepake and Tonola, known for their entertainment, food, and shopping. We are a few blocks away from a major public park and jogging area which rents bicycles and has refreshment stands. There is a golf driving range in walking distance adjacent to the mall which has an 18 cineplex and I-max theater. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as fresh water delivery. A gated carport with street front parking as well as street lights. Balconies from the upstairs bedrooms overlook the front and back yards. The neighborhood itself is typically middle class with mostly working homeowners. Sanitation service is available 3 times a week. Weekly housekeeping service by Patchita keeps our home fresh and clean. Pets are welcome as we have 2 small dogs that belong to Catlin (Rey and Chavo). Its a quiet and warm environment along with a typical Mexican flare. This home has 2 bedrooms as well as a master bedroom available for weekly or monthly rent. There is always someone living in the home to assist in your visitation. Master bedroom w/ bath and cable TV - $400 per
